The deadline for course registration and poster summary submission (abstract) is February 3, 2025, or when the quota of 35 participants is filled.
Once the registration and abstract submission period has ended, those selected will be notified of their participation in the course via email, including the following instructions:
- The template for creating the poster.
- The link through which the completed poster must be submitted.
The deadline for submitting the poster is from the announcement of abstract acceptance until March 3, 2025, at 24:00 hours.
